We were sorry to learn of the death of Dr. Robert Wilkinson. Bob was involved with the Friends of the Durham Library  as a board member, volunteer, and avid rare book lover. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The Wilkinson family has generously asked Dr. Wilkerson’s friends and family to make donations to the Friends in his name. If you would like to do that, you can send a check to us at:

Friends of the Durham Library, PO Box 3809, Durham, NC 27702-3809, or through our electronic portal.

To make a one time donation, go to our Become a Member page and scroll down to the Add an Additional Donation tab under the Membership Level tab.

Thank you.
